At Baba Bleu Watersports, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly.
To ensure a fair and efficient booking process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations made [1] day or more in advance of the scheduled activity will be fully refunded.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity, but before 24 hours of the start time, will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount. 3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time or no- shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note the following:
– Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during the booking process.
-If adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control force us to cancel the activity, guests may be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.
-Amendments to the booking, such as changing the date or time, are subject to availability and must be made within the cancellation period outlined above.
In the event of a customer arriving late for the scheduled activity, the missed time will be forfeited and cannot be reimbursed.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may disrupt your plans.
